Our Mission

Our mission is to prepare others for living a vibrant life in their 50s and beyond. If you are under 50, you can get a head start on preparing for what is to come. Someone has said that "Fellowship is two fellows in the same ship."  Well, we are entering our senior citizen years and are caring for parents who are nearing 90.  So we will be writing from personal experience with a goal of helping others.

If you are in your 70s, 80s, or 90s, there will be helpful information on healthy living, mobility aids, financial advice, and managing family relationships.

In short, our mission is to help others succeed. In Psalm 75:6, it says, "For promotion cometh neither from the east, Nor from the west, nor from the south" (KJV).  This is the only time the word "promotion" is used in the Bible. But, we thought it odd that the NORTH is never mentioned in that verse. Why would it omit that compass direction? Leviticus 1:11 says, "He shall kill it [the sacrificial animal] on the north side of the altar before the Lord; and the priests, Aaron's sons, shall sprinkle its blood all around on the altar."

We take Psalm 75:6 as a life verse.  We believe that if we live sacrificially to make others successful, God will give us new avenues of ministry and a greater opportunity to serve Him.  That sums up why we are here.  We hope to provide resources to make your life a little easier and much more fulfilling.
